The Story

Five generations
of builders.

Jeff grew up around jobsites and architectural drawings in Southern California, where his family operated both a commercial construction company and a commercial architectural firm. Construction was not something he discovered later in life. It was the world he grew up in.

He went on to hold nearly every seat inside a construction company — project manager, construction manager, site superintendent, sales manager, general manager, owner. His resume includes landmark work like Disney’s Wilderness Lodge. He earned degrees in both Construction Technology and Business Administration, because builders need both.

The Turning Point

The day everything stopped.

On a jobsite — just another day, just another project — Jeff injured his back. Not a small tweak. The kind of injury that stops you cold. For six weeks he couldn’t work. No jobsites. No problem solving. No putting out fires.

For more than twelve years, Jeff has coached and mentored residential contractors across the country, helping them build companies that are easier to lead, more profitable, and more supportive of the lives they were meant to serve.

His teaching is built around a simple belief: great builders deserve great businesses.
